| ROCKWELL'S STATION
Dear Students, Rockwell's Station was 12 miles south of Traveler's Rest in Salt Lake County. It was first known as Utah Brewery because of a brewery built near the Point of the Mountain, which separates Great Salt Lake and Utah valley. People looked forward to going to Rockwell's Station. Rockwell was a fine host and a great storyteller. He had been accused of killing some enemies. But if he was your friend you didn't have to worry. |
