Ramen Noodle Stir-Fry Serves 4-5
1 cup mixed vegetables
1 package ramen noodles (chicken or beef)
˝ or 1 cup water
˝ lb ground beef or 1 chicken breast (optional)
1. Preheat skillet to medium.
2. Cook ground beef or chicken well.
3. Add vegetables and sauté until vegetables are tender.
4. Add ramen noodles and water.
5. Cook the noodles until tender and the water is absorbed.
6. Serve with soy sauce if desired.
