Background for Teachers

Make sure students have basic understanding of PowerPoint and teach how to use PhotoStory 3 if you are using it as part of this project.

Student Prior Knowledge

basic computer skills
basic skills in using PowerPoint

Intended Learning Outcomes

Understand the elements, planning and development of a multi-media presentation (sound, text, graphics, video, animations & interactivity).

Use presentation features to create a basic slideshow.

Instructional Procedures

Students will need several digital photos to illustrate their how-to presentation. If you don't have adequate digital cameras, assign students in advance to complete this at home so they are ready for their presentation in class.
