Student Prior Knowledge:
Students with experience in the child care field will probably know some of the different types of child care available. Most students will have very little awareness of this.

Intended Learning Outcomes:
Students will be able to identify the different types of day care and the pros and cons of each. They will be able to compare the several different types.

Assessment Plan:
In small groups students will attach to the wall the different aspects of several different types of child care facilities.
