Running a restaurant simulation takes a lot of preparation and cooperation.
Read through the entire restaurant simulation and decide what you will sell. Supplies will differ for each teacher.
Explain to the students that in order to gain some practical experience in food service careers during the next few days, they will be involved in activities which simulate a small restaurant. In a day or so, they will be given specific job assignments such as the ones listed below.
Basic information about cooking and running a restaurant.
Students will learn to work together to make the restaurant experience a positive one.
