Students learn skills to resolve conflicts.

Develop positive assertion skills to be used in conflict resolution.

Background For Teachers:
The textbook used is, "Strengthening Family and Self" published by Goodheart-Willcox.

Intended Learning Outcomes:
Identify positive and negative methods of conflict resolution. Compare assertive and aggressive behavior. Practice assertiveness skills. Identify ways to maintain a sense of humor.

Instructional Procedures:
Text, glass and ice motivator, video - Resolving Conflicts, test on unit.

    Go to the UEN lesson plans folder and click on the lesson topic. This quiz might include questions that do not apply to the subject (they were from my concurrent enrollment textbook reading). You'll need to delete these questions.
