Color Wheel Assignment

Mixing colors Colors are mixed accurately. Colors may not be separable. Colors are too close in color.
Painting of wheel Paint is applied neatly and dark enough to cover paper. Pieces are trimmed to look nice. Colors are washed onto swatches. Colors are not recognizable. Papers are not trimmed and look ragged.
Neatness of finished project Papers are flattened after drying. Swatches are mounted neatly and in order. Swatches look messy. Swatches not in order. Swatches are wrinkled or parts of swatches missing.
Labeling Lettering has been placed on assignment with guidelines which have been erased. Size of writing goes with assignment. Guidelines are used sparingly or not erased. Lettering is not even. No guidelines used--freehand.
Look of completed project Background paper goes with color wheel. Paper is mounted nicely, and pencil marks removed. Paper is not wrinkled. Color wheel is glued to white paper. Pencil marks remain. Paper not neat. Color wheel not mounted to background. Pieces missing or wrinkled. Assignment not neat!
