Standard 1
The student will demonstrate correct keyboarding techniques while increasing speed and maintaining accuracy.
 
  • Keyboarding: Nimble Fingers
    Students: Full keyboarding practice here: warm up with Nimble Fingers, review correct posture and then practice typing!
  • Stack the Cups Typing Game
    Play this cup stacking online game! Use both hands and your ten fingers to type the keys and stack the cups.
  • Typer Shark
    Type the words on the sides of sharks to zap them! Reach the bottom of the sea for a bonus treasure round! Watch out for piranha and other surprises.
  • Typing Test
    Take the online Typing Test to check your speed.

    A Flash-based, interactive, keyboarding practice page that allows the user to print out a chart of statistics.
