Students will consistently demonstrate kitchen safety procedures and sanitation techniques.

Identify proper first-aid procedures for cuts, burns, and electrical shock.

  • Kitchen Introduction Unit Test
    Testing the student's knowledge on Kitchen Safety, Sanitation, Equipment, Measuring, Cooking Terms, Abbreviations, Substitutions, Equivalents, Reading and Parts of a Recipe, and the Microwave Oven.
  • Kitchen Safety
    When working or preparing foods in the kitchen, one must be aware of safety hazards that may occur and take precautions in preventing injuries or accidents from happening by creating and maintaining a safe working environment.
