Students will identify and demonstrate effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communications in the workplace.

Standard 2

Appraise and discuss effective conflict resolution skills.

• Conflict Resolution
  Student will engage in learning about conflict resolution and practice using these skills. Students will take notes on steps and procedures to solving differences. Students will practice using these skills in a classroom activity.
