  • Descriptive Sensory Writing
    Students will be able to incorporate sensory details into a piece of descriptive writing. Students will improve a piece of writing by using precise and vivid language and word choice.
  • Stuck On You
    After completing a K-W-L-H Chart on electricity, students will discuss and illustrate the four ways lightening can move.
  • Vivid Verbs
    Students will practice using a thesaurus and dictionary to choose more descriptive verbs.
  • What’s Inside?
    Students will begin to understand the concept of an area using hands on activities.
