  • Rocks Field Trip
    This collection of four lesson plans creates four centers that can help teach the properties of rocks. It also has activities that prepares students for a field trip to a sandstone rock formation.
  • Teaching with Primary Sources - Story Rocks
    This Annotated Resource Set was developed by Dawn Cook as part of the Teaching with Primary Sources Western Regional Center - a pilot program funded by the Library of Congress.
