Description:
"This University of Utah graduate course is intended to build on the students' existing expertise and
developed skills by instructing ways in which technology can be
integrated into the classroom. Thus, the primary focus of the course is
to provide practicing teachers who have access to technology the
knowledge and skills necessary to utilize those resources to design and
implement learning environments and experiences utilizing technology to
create meaningful learning experiences for students. The course
supports the National Educational Technology Standards for teacher
education programs developed by the International Society of
Technology in Education (ISTE)."

Note: ED PS 6151 - "Educational Applications of Technology; Grades 6 - 12" can be used as a substitute for ED PS 6446 to fulfill the requirements of the Educational Technology Endorsement Program (ETEP) and the Educational Technology endorsement.
