ED PS 6560: Multimedia Learning

Description:
This University of Utah graduate course provides a survey of computer software and hardware options available for making multimedia presentations. Students will complete assignments and a term project using presentation software.

Prerequisites:
Basic computer and Internet skills.

Objectives:
Students will learn

Assignments:
Still image and video group projects. The group will design and execute the projects as if they were K-12 students.

Credit:
3 University of Utah graduate credits
This course can be used to satisfy the "Enhanced Software & Hardware Skills" component of the Educational Technology Endorsement Program (ETEP).

Standards:
This module will help the teacher to meet NETS*T standard I.
This module will help your students to meet NETS*S foundation standard 1.

REGISTRATION
ED PS 6560 is offered yearly during Summer semester. You must be admitted to the University of Utah as a non-matriculated student prior to registering for this course. Please contact Nate Southerland for assistance with applying for admission and course registration.
