
Class registration is online - locate the class for which you wish to register, provide your information in the online form and submit it. YOUR EMAIL IS VERY IMPORTANT!
About two weeks before the class, you should receive an email message asking you to confirm your attendance. Please respond and cancel or confirm.
Since many of our classes fill up and have waiting lists, it is very important that you let us know if your plans change. Other than the automated email above, you can also contact our administrative assistant by phone or email to be removed from a class roster.
We reserve the right to cancel a class if less than five people register and confirm their attendance. You will be notified through email if a class must be canceled due to lack of registrations, usually one week prior to the class date. The administrative assistant may contact people by phone if the number of registrations is very close and we need to decide if there are enough people planning to attend.
In the event of an unexpected emergency such as serious illness or accident to the instructor, we will make every effort to find a substitute. If for any reason we are unable to hold the class, you will be notified by email. If there is less than a weekís notice, we will also attempt to contact you by phone to inform you of the cancellation.
