IVC Scheduling Services

  • Proposals
We partner with UEN Instructional Services group, the Utah System of Higher Education and the Utah State Office of Education to review course content, and delivery requests of classes to be taught state and region wide over the IVC system. Access Course Scheduling Process.
  • Public Education and Concurrent Enrollment
We review, enter, coordinate and support schedules for high schools state-wide to originate and receive state curriculum on the IVC system during the traditional school day (7:00 am to 3:00 pm). We also partner with both public education receive sites and higher education originating institutions to coordinate scheduling, class content and support on the IVC system during the traditional school day for concurrent enrollment programs.

Thru the proposal process, course listings, dates and times and other information is uploaded to our course catalog database, and then published so receive sites can register for CE programs with our Course Request Form. Access UEN Distance Education Catalog. Access CE/PE Receive Request Form
  • Higher Education
And we partner with nine Utah higher education institutions to coordinate, support and implement college and university programs and academic classes to be broadcast over the IVC system. Our higher education partners include:
  • On-Demand Meeting Network (ad hoc)
Logistics, in conjunction with the TSSC, offers best effort coordination and support of on demand, meet me video conferences over the IVC system to certified, registered and non-registered codec end points throughout the education community of the state of Utah. There are no fees associated with the UEN on-demand meeting network. Please use our meeting request form to submit a request.
  • Regularly Scheduled Meetings
We coordinate, support and bill for monthly, quarterly, and yearly meetings for educational and government institutions and groups over the IVC system. This includes billing for facilitator fees at all sites involved in the event. Access Fee Schedule here (pdf).
  • Audio-only Conferencing
We also offer coordination of audio conferencing for the Utah education community. Please use our meeting request form to submit a request.
