    Please review the Video End Site Troubleshooting Checklist (doc). Please have the following information ready so we may better assist you:
    • Event Information: The title of the event, the sponsoring individual or institution, scheduled start time of event.
    • Site Information: Your Name, Site Name, IP address and/or e.164 dialing extension, Type of codec
    • Problem Summary: Briefly describe the problem you are experiencing.
  • TSSC Support Processes (doc)
    • Overview of TSSC Services and Duties
    • Description of the support process w/ in TSSC and UEN for calls, escalation, tracking and resolve.
      • Flow diagram of process; QT process, escalation, etc.
