There are a few things your computer will need before you are ready to download media from eMedia. The links below will help you setup your computer correctly.

Download QuickTime Player 7 (Required)
The QuickTime video format is the best format if you'd like to put this video on an iPod or if you would like to view closed captioning. If you currently have iTunes installed on your computer, you should have the latest version of the QuickTime player.

Windows Media Player (Optional)
Windows Media Player is optional for viewing media assets from eMedia. Most PC's have this player already installed. The Windows Media video format is handy if you'd like to use the video in a PowerPoint or edit it using Windows Movie Maker.

Set your display to 1024 x 768 or larger
Setting your display to 1024x768 will make it easier to navigate through eMedia. Not sure how to change this setting? Click here for instructions on how to do this.

Special Instructions for Internet Explorer Users
Internet Explorer handles downloads from eMedia differently than other browsers. There is a setting that needs to be changed in order for you to sucessfully download a media item. Click here for instructions on how to change this setting.
