UEN must have signed copies for each school district and library consortium member on file. If your school is not in UEN’s mandate to provide service we will ask you to acknowledge your responsibility for the undiscounted portion of the E-rate eligible service(s) for which UEN acquired an E-rate Funding Commitment.
