Final Assignment Questions

As your Final Assignment, please email your response to these six questions within 30 days to mitchell@uen.org and please use ITC Final Assignment as your subject for that email.

  1. What was your location and dates of your ITC workshop?

  2. How did you incorporate video resources into your classroom?
    Be specific: Describe the title of the video, where you found it, how much you showed, and the steps you used to incorporate it in your lesson. Explain what worked and what you would change in the future.

  3. How did you incorporate Internet resources into your classroom?
    Be specific: Include the web site address and details about what students did at the site, or how you used the web site to support a lesson. What part of the activity worked well? What concerns arose?

  4. Multimedia Project:

    1. Describe your project or attach the multimedia show you created and explain how it fits in your lesson. What might you change if you use the presentation again? OR
    2. If you required students to create a project, describe the ways you feel it led to better student understanding of the topic. What managerial issues arose during the project that you might improve on? Attach a sample student presentation if you wish.
       
  5. From your perspective, did the integration of educational technology make a difference in your instruction?
    Describe what you tried, and explain why you think it lead to better teaching or learning. Refer to example. What worked? What didn't?
     
  6. From the learners' perspectives, did the integration of educational technology make a difference in their learning?
    If possible, record or collect student comments and share your results.
