  This Thinkfinity partner site provides the highest quality practices and resources in Reading and Language Arts instruction.

• National Library of Virtual Manipulatives
  Learning and understanding mathematics, at every level, requires student engagement. This library of interactive activities help students understand mathematical concepts.

• Learn to Read at Starfall
  A free web site to teach children to read. Perfect for kindergarten, first grade, and second grade. Contains exciting interactive books and phonics games.

• Just for me Stories
  To help spark your child's interest in reading, Nick Jr. television and NickJr.com have created Just for Me Stories, online animated books read aloud by Spike Lee, Whoopi Goldberg, Kathy Najimy, and Sandra Bernhard.

• List of Storybook Sites
  The Internet provides quite a few online stories with illustrations.

• Storyplace
  You can find stories for preschool and elementary levels in English and Spanish.

• Interactive Story Mapping
  In this student interactive from ReadWriteThink, a set of graphic organizers is provided to assist teachers and students in prewriting and postreading activities.

• Dolch Basic Words List
  The Dolch words are the 220 most frequently found words in books that children read. Many of these words cannot be sounded out because they do not follow decoding rules, so they must be learned as sight words. Use this list to make flashcards, bingo games, or matching games to practice the words.

• Database of Award Winning Children's Literature
  Create a tailored list of quality children's books based on your criteria such as ethnicity, gender, period, location, and others, or view lists of forty-nine (49) children's literature awards and their winners.
