GYSD is an annual campaign to mobilize millions of youth to improve their communities through service and volunteering.

GYSD

The goals of GYSD are:

The Utah Commission on Service & Volunteerism (UServeUtah), an office of the Lieutenant Governor, encourages youth (ages 5-25) to serve as volunteers to address import needs in communities throughout the State. Please continue to encourage the youth and teachers in your schools to participate in a GYSD service project. You can find already planned projects or great ideas for planning our own at www.gysd.org.
