Timeline and Due Dates

Dear Distance Education Administrator:

We are preparing to begin the course scheduling process for the 2010-2011 school year. The instructions and dates given below should help you in submitting the course scheduling information that is needed by the Utah State Office of Education (USOE), the Utah System for Higher Education (USHE), and the Utah Education Network (UEN) to schedule, coordinate, and deliver your course(s) over Video Teleconferencing (EDNET, IP), Internet, and Broadcast Television (UEN-TV):

Steps for Scheduling a Course for 2010-2011:

The Course Scheduling web site available now.
  1. Go to the Course Scheduling web site: http://www.uen.org/proposal/
  2. Enter log-in name and password.*
  3. Submit scheduling information for all of the sections of all of the courses you plan to offer.*
