If you do not have a Reviewer account you will need to visit: http://www.uen.org/ima/ and use the “Request a Reviewer Account” link. Enter the requested information.
Your login information will be emailed to you once an administrator approves your account. (Contact ima@schools.utah.gov if you have questions about your account.)
Reviewer Credential sheets are required. You may choose to upload your Credential sheet when requesting an account, or you can do it later. (NOTE: Credential sheets must be in PDF format.)
To upload your Credential sheet, use the "Browse" button, search your computer to find the .pdf file, click open, and then use the "Upload Credentials" button. To upload your Credential sheet at the later time, use the "Maybe Later" button.

To upload or update your credential file at a later time, login at http://www.uen.org/ima/ and the use the
button at the bottom of the left hand menu. Then follow the upload steps above.
Once you have received your Username and Password via email, return to http://www.uen.org/ima/ and login.
To begin, use the
option.
Select the appropriate Core Area and Course for the resource you are submitting an alignment on and then use the "Start Alignment" button.
After selecting the appropriate Core Area and Course, you will be prompted to add the textbook / resource information.
Use the "Save" button to continue to the next step.
You may choose to upload a Curriculum Map now. (Note: Curriculum Maps can be added as a PDF file or a web site.)
To upload a PDF file, choose the document option as the Type and then use the "Browse" button. Search your computer to find the .pdf file, click open, then add a Display Name for the map and finally use the "Save Map" button. To upload a Curriculum Map at a later time, use the "Maybe Later" button.

To add a web site, choose the web site option as the Type. Add the URL, the display name and then click "Save Map". To add a web site at a later time, use the "Maybe Later" button.

To add a curriculum map at a later time, login at http://www.uen.org/ima/ and use the "Edit" button next to the resource you want to add a curriculum map to.
On the Edit Resource screen, click the "Add Curriculum Map" button near the bottom. (Note: Maps can be PDF files or web sites.)
You are now ready to add alignment coverage data. Use the “Start Alignment” button next to the resource.

Enter the coverage data for each indicator, or check the "Not Covered" box.You can stop at anytime and continue later by using the "Save" button.
To continue a previously started alignment, click on "Continue Alignment" next to the resource you wish to finish.
Be sure to use the "Complete" button when you are completely done with the alignment.
Adding, editing, or deleting web sites that support a textbook can be done at any time. Either use the “Web Sites” button next to an existing Alignment,

or you can add a web site while you are adding coverage data. Use the "Web Sites" button at the top of Edit Coverage Data screen.
You will see a screen with no or existing web sites listed. Use the
button to continue adding a web site.
Enter the following Information and then use the "Save" button.
To view a history or to check the status of your alignments, use the
option in the left hand menu.
