UEN-TV broadcasts programs just for adult learners working toward GED and/ or career enhancement goals. Each program repeats during the week, making it easy for you to choose a convenient time to watch the programs.
The Emmy-award winning TV411 series joins GED Connection and Workplace Essential Skills in our lineup of programs to help adult learners prepare for employment success.
- TV411
TV411 focuses on parenting, money matters, and health. Subjects include reading comprehension, research techniques, writing to others, filling out forms, calculating percentages, using fractions and test taking.The series includes 20 half-hour episodes and a 12-page workbook is available for each episode.
- GED Connection
Thirty-nine episodes combine with workbooks, Internet resources, puzzles and practice tests to help students prepare for and pass the newly revised GED exam.
- Workplace Essential Skills

Did You Know?
The General Educational Development Test was developed in 1942. The test consists of questions in five subject areas: writing skills, social studies, literature and the arts, science, and mathematics. A GED Certificate is awarded upon successful completion of the five tests.
