| Service | Description |
| Consulting Services | IVC works with stakeholders to assess needs and design solutions suitable to each unique situation, including site analysis, logistics planning and policy review. |
| Course Scheduling Application | Educators may use this tool when planning a distance education class or program so UEN can coordinate scheduling with IP-Video and Broadcast Services. |
| Distance Education Catalog | This online catalog lists public and higher education courses delivered statewide via UEN's IVC and Broadcast Services. |
| Event Delivery | Our fully interactive video conferencing solutions range from dedicated standalone sites and desktop stations for long-term needs to mobile units and streaming for special events. IVC-delivered events can be recorded and include virtual field trips, meetings, courses and more. |
| Interactive Video Conferencing (IVC) Systems Training | UEN trains IVC users and support staff in equipment operation, basic troubleshooting, site management and UEN processes. Training is delivered in person, through IVC and/or with web-based materials. Trainees may be eligible for Professional Development credit. |
| Service Contract Management | Stakeholders can opt to have UEN manage contracts for equipment service. |
| Technical Support Service Center (TSSC) | The TSSC gives stakeholders a single point of contact for any IVC and network support they may need, from scheduling events to troubleshooting. |
