So serve it every Monday
Second time, so serve it every Tuesday and so on.

If you do, you'll healthy be with lots of pep for play.
Meat, milk, bread, and fruit, vegetables, too,
Eat them every day and you'll strong ad healthy, too.
"IT'S A SMALL WORLD"
Oh, we need to choose what we'll eat each day
So we'll feel our best when we work and play
If you're one who would care,
Then it's time you're aware,
We must eat nutritious food.
Chorus:
Did you eat nutritious food?
Did you eat nutritious food?
If you eat nutritious food,
Then your health will tell
There is breakfast, lunch and then dinner too,
Skip the candy bar, it's not good for you.
If good health's what you want, and some go power, too
Then it's time to eat good food.
"MICKEY MOUSE CLUB"
We eat good food,
We eat good food,
And this is why we do
Builds strong bones, helps skin tone
It really makes us grow.
Hey, there, have you thought about
The person you can be?
If you eat nutritious foods
A big variety!
Eat good food, eat good food
Forever let us eat variety (yes! yes!)
Come along and join our group
And eat nutritious food.
Eat things that are good for you,
It will do you good.
"POPCORN POPPING ON THE APRICOT TREE"
Begin with four snaps with both hands before singing.
I jogged in for breakfast, and what did I see?
Healthy food choices sitting right before me!
Breakfast had brought me such a nice surprise
Juice, toast and cereal right before my eyes.
I could have some orange juice or have some fruit;
An apple, peach or orange, or some Fruity Loops.
It was really so, the way that it should be
Smart, healthy choices sitting right before me!
I skipped in for lunch time and what did I see?
Healthy food choices sitting right before me!
Lunch had brought me such a nice surprise
A tuna fish sandwich right before my eyes.
I could have some carrot strips or celery;
A glass of milk, and an apple, you see.
It was really so, the way that it should be
Smart, healthy choices sitting right before me!
I walked into dinner, and what did I see?
Healthy food choices sitting right before me!
Dinner had brought me such a nice surprise
Milk, bread and banana right before my eyes.
A slice of roast turkey and a baked potato;
Tossed salad with veggies and a red tomato.
It was really so, the way that it should be
smart, healthy choices sitting right before me!
I rode my bike after supper and what did I see?
A healthy lifestyle that was practiced by me!
Nutrition had brought me such a nice surprise
A healthy body right before my eyes.
I could make good choices for every meal;
A variety of selections that would appeal.
It was really so, the way that it should be
A balanced pyramid of good food choices for me!
End the song by snapping four times, then raise both arms and say, "Yeh!".
"VEGETABLE RAP"
Get up in the morning, what's the first thing you do?
Squeeze a little grapefruit or an orange or two.
Bananas on your flakes, raisins in your mush,
Peaches or berries in a yogurt slush.
Slice 'em up, dice 'em up,
Sip 'em up, dip 'em up,
Stew 'em up, chew 'em up, raw! raw! raw!
Does your lunch come in a bag?
Do you eat it on a plate?
Any way it comes, well, carrot sticks are great.
Chomp a bit of celery, salad on the side.
Every little vegetable is waiting to be tried.
You get the call to dinner, don't forget to wash.
You just can't believe it, they're having squash.
Go ahead and try it. you'll like it, you'll see,
Then eat your potatoes and your broccoli.
Last night was cauliflower, tomorrow, will be beets
Utterly amazing the vegetables you eat.
Always try a little bite, if you please,
And if all else fails there's com and peas.
Mash 'em up, smash 'em up,
Steam 'em up, cream 'em up,
Heat 'em up, eat 'em up, raw! raw! raw!
After dinner you're ready for dessert.
Oh, my goodness, it's a cantaloupe alert.
Have a slice of watermelon, mmmmmmm, it's nice.
Take any of the fruits, and juice them over ice.
All day long it really doesn't matter
If you nibble on fruit and a vegetable platter.
They're only going to help you, 'cause they're the best
And now it's time to give this rap a rest.
