Students will develop personal healthy eating habits and positive body image. Students will also recognize global food resources.
Standard 6.N.2:
Evaluate personal nutritional habits and physical activity levels and set goals.

The students will understand how a healthy diet and regular exercise can help them to be healthy and happy, both physically and mentally.

Quick Pancake Mix: Know What You Are Eating
At the end of the lesson students will be able to create pancake mix and understand the different measurements and ingredients.
