Small Groups
Students will research and then create a trading card about a specific organelle.
In groups of 3-4, students will the read book-marked web sites about specific a organelle. They will make a "trading card" for the organelle. Their trading card will feature a picture of the organelle on one side and information about it on the other. The class will exchange trading cards and fill in their data table. These organelles will be compared to a map of the school or the city.
how to use the computers (Mobile laptop labs work very well.)
Scoring Guide:
Appropriate use of the time and computers will earn 25 points.
Complete information on their organelle 25 points.
Presentation of information 25 points.
25 points for taking correct notes while others present.
100 total.
