A beginning KWAL assignment on cashiering terminology and a cashiering review powerpoint presentation to be shown at the end of the cashiering unit.

Student Prior Knowledge:
None on beginning KWAL for Cashiering. Student must have completed Cashiering unit before reviewing Cashiering powerpoint presentation.

Intended Learning Outcomes:
Students will have a working knowledge of cashiering skills and determining payroll.

Instructional Procedures:
1. Pass out KWAL on cashiering terminology and have students answer the first two of the three KWAL questions for each cashiering term. 2. Show powerpoint presentation to assess how much students have learned after completing cashiering unit. 3. Have students answer third question on KWAL after completing cashiering unit.
