Service Contract

A service contract allows for UEN to provide full technical support of IVC devices deployed on the network. Support includes access to our tech support phone line, troubleshooting and identifying problems, software updates, and equipment replacement (RMA).

A one-year service contract is included with the purchase of all new IVC codec devices and must be renewed annually. If your device is not under a current contract, UEN cannot provide technical assistance, request a replacement, or provide updates until the contract is paid.
