Summary:
Students must SUCCESSFULLY complete their job application before they will be put on the company payroll. ALL INFORMATION MUST BEcomplete, neat, and in blue/black ink. Work is defined as activity of purpose that produces something of value to oneself and/or society. Work can be paid and/or unpaid = volunteerism is work.

Assess and apply interests, personal skills, aptitudes and abilities to education planning and future career decisions.

Materials:
Students must complete an employment application and have it accepted before they will be put on the payroll. The application MUST BE COMPLETE, NEAT, AND IN BLUE/BLACK INK. Every section must be complete.

Instructional Procedures:
Discuss the purpose and importance of the job application. Select a job application for students to complete. If you select Dophinlandia, give the students the instruction sheet to help them fill it out.
