Summary:
Running a restaurant simulation takes a lot of preparation and cooperation.

Materials:
Read through the entire restaurant simulation and decide what you will sell. Supplies will differ for each teacher.

Background For Teachers:
Explain to the students that in order to gain some practical experience in food service careers during the next few days, they will be involved in activities which simulate a small restaurant. In a day or so, they will be given specific job assignments such as the ones listed below.
