Energy from the sun drives the various systems on Earth. One major system impacted by solar energy is the weather. For years, humans have tried to predict the weather and may admit that weather seems to change every five minutes.
When solar energy arrives at Earth, it is changed into heat or chemical energy. Any solar energy that is unchanged is often lost back into the atmosphere. Your goal through this unit is to determine how the sun's energy changes the systems on Earth.
