Summary

Students will construct an equipment bag. Students will use fat quarters, basic rotary cutting skills, and beginning sewing techniques.


Materials

  • 2/3 yards of fabric(3 fat quarters)
  • Thread
  • 1½" or larger decorative button
  • Scissors
  • Rotary cutter
  • Ruler
  • Mat


    Intended Learning Outcomes

    Skills Learned: Rotary Cutting Basics, Straight Stitches (¼"seam allowances), Top Stitching, Hand-sewn Button, Reading and Following Directions
