Summary:
This lesson is designed to be a compare-and-contrast reading activity using the Utah and U.S. Constitutions.

Social Studies - 4th Grade
Standard 3 Objective 2

Analyze the different ways people have organized governments in Utah to meet community needs.

Copy the attachment for each student.

Instructional Procedures:
Have students read the comparison of the Utah and U.S. Constitution worksheet. Then have them fill in the compare and contrast table. Discuss while correcting.
