April 23 - The Wonder of Will LIVE

Join us in celebrating William Shakespeare and his extraordinary legacy on the 400th anniversary of his death.

As a Partner of the Folger Shakespeare Library, the Utah Educaiton Network, the Utah State Libraries and the Salt Lake City Public Library are proud co-hosts of The Wonder of Will LIVE: a live streamed event celebrating Shakespeare and his extraordinary legacy on the 400th anniversary of his death. On Saturday, April 23, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. MST visit Folger.edu for live stream or watch on LIVE on C-SPAN2’s Book TV.

To commemorate the day of Shakespeare's birth, and death, April 23, the Folger will host an international live streaming event from the historic Paster Reading Room in Washington, DC. A diverse array of actors, community leaders, artists, and scholars will share their connections to Shakespeare through compelling performances and personal stories. After the broadcast, share your Shakespeare story and encourage your students and patrons to share by using mobile devices to record responses to the below prompts. #MySHX400videos.
