Making A Sound on the Flute

Summary

Student(s) will learn how and get a sound on a flute

• Student will learn how to use facial muscles around mouth to form embouchure (mouth shape for playing the instrument),
• Students will learn where to place lips
• Students will learn how to properly blow into the flute.

Produce an acceptable tone over a limited range of the instrument using:
