World Currency You Deserve a Break Today!

You pulled that tab off your large Mountain Dew cup at McDonalds, and--WOW!!--you're an instant winner! You have won a trip around the world!

Here is your itinerary:

New York
Iceland
England
Norway
Austria
Spain
Egypt

Australia
Fiji
Argentina
Venezuela
Brazil
Jamaica

New York (home at last!)

Go to Outline Maps and print out a world map. Number the countries on the map that you will be visiting. Put #1 on New York, #2 on Iceland, etc.

As part of your prize winnings, McDonalds is providing you with a free Big Mac Extra Value Meal --a $3.49 value--in each country that you visit. They are even going to provide you with the exact currency that you will need for each country. However, you need to tell McDonalds how much of each currency that you will need.

Go to Universal Currency Converter and find that information! You don't want to miss out on that Big Mac! From the main currency converter page, enter in the amount you want to convert ($3.49). In the next box, choose the currency that you want to convert FROM (American Dollars). In the last box, choose the currency that to want to convert TO. Finally, click "Perform Currency Conversion."

Make a list showing each country and next to it write the proper amount of money that you will need for the Big Mac Extra Value Meal. For example, if you were going to be traveling to Germany, McDonalds would need to give you 6.275 German Marks to buy that burger. If you were traveling to Greece, you would need 1,068 Greek Drachmas.
