Letter M Activities

 

  • Download the Letter M Pack and select activities that will engage and challenge your child(ren).
  • Using the large letter M template have your child glue on any of the following items:  
    Macaronie
    Mint leaves
    Mustard Seeds
    Moss
  • Graph M&M’s. As you are graphing the m&m's, count each color and write the corresponding number. Discuss which color you had the least of and the most of as well as those that may be the same amount or equal.
  • Print out and discuss items that begin with the letter M.
  • Make a pretend or real meal with items that begin with the letter M. For example; macaroni and cheese, marshmallows, meat sandwiches with mustard and mayonnaise, etc. Watch and discuss the following video: How it's Made Mustard video. 
  • Move like a monkey.
  • Moo like a cow.
  • Draw a picture of the moon after reading Goodnight Moon.
