KUEN, known locally as UEN, is licensed to the Utah State Board of Regents with management authority given in Utah Law (53B-17-101) to the Utah Education and Telehealth Network (UETN) whose administrative supervisor is The University of Utah, subject to the authority and governance of the State Board of Regents. Accordingly, KUEN is committed to upholding the laws and policies of the State of Utah, The University of Utah, the Federal Communications Commission, the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, and all other applicable state and federal laws.
