Letter Y Activities

Download the Letter Y Pack and select activities that will engage and challenge your child(ren).
Using the large letter Y template have your child glue on any of the following items:
Yarn
Yellow Items
Count and label all the yellow things in your environment.
Name and show pictures of yellow fruits and vegetables. Consider having some for snacks or picnics.
Talk about yards around houses and what they are used for. Allow your child(ren) to draw a picture of the yards they have or like.
Create a list of activities that your child(ren) will be allowed to choose throughout the week. Print the word Yes on one side of an index card and No on the other. As you list and talk about each activity, allow the students to vote for activities they would like to do that week.
