Then she tastes Indigenous cuisine while making Indian Tacos with Chef Shawn Adler at the Pow Wow Cafe. In the King West district at Chubby's Jamaican Kitchen Brandy learns how to make Jerk Chicken with Chef Dadrian Coke. Brandy then goes to the Dufferin Grove neighbourhood where she learns how to make Kepeh with Syrian refugee, Nadima Kinjo at the Newcomer's Kitchen. -

Brandy learns about Indigenous tourism in Wendake where she meets paddle maker Lara Sioui from Onquata. She also visits the Huron Traditional Site - Onhoua Chetek8e, Hotel - Musee Premieres Nations and goes on a canoe ride. -
