Letter Q Activities

 

  • Download the Letter Q Pack and select activities that will engage and challenge your child(ren).
  • Using the large letter Q template have your child glue on any of the following items:  
    Q-tips
  • Walk and quack like ducks.
  • Play the Quiet Game for 1 minute as you think about things that start with the letter Q - be ready to name them when the timer is done.
  • Decorate a queen’s crown.
  • If you have a quilt- show it to the children and let them look at the details. Invite someone to the class or home that may have quilting experience to talk about the process.
  • Conduct a wedding ceremony for Q and U as they will forever show up as a pair in words. You can use stuffed animals in the ceremony or other objects you wish to use to represent Q and U.
