Which credit type fits your goal?
All options document successful course completion, but they differ in cost, transcript location, portability, and eligible courses.
SUU graduate credit
$23 per credit hour
A strong fit for educators who may relocate, need an official college transcript, or want possible graduate-program use.

UVU graduate credit
$45 per endorsement course
College credit for eligible Educational Technology Endorsement courses.

Follow the steps for your credit type
Select your credit provider. Complete the steps in order and keep your confirmation information.
Choose carefully: Once credit has been transcribed, UEN cannot change it from one credit type to another.
USBE Credit
Complete your course and verify your USBE transcript
UEN records eligible USBE Credit after all course requirements are complete.
- Complete every assignment and course requirement.
- Submit the Course Credit Request provided in your course.
- Allow 3–4 weeks after the course end date for credit to appear.
- Open the USBE credit system, sign in, select My Profile, and then select PD Transcript.

Registering for SUU Continuing Education Credit is a four-step process:
- Complete the appropriate application.
- Watch for your confirmation email.
- Activate your MySUU Portal.
- Pay for your course, unless it is covered by a USBE Grant.

- Select the academic term based on the date you completed your course.
- If you are unsure which term to choose, review the SUU Academic Calendar or contact the P-12 Programs Office.
- When asked “Which program are you interested in?” select Post-Completion Registration.
- Review your information and submit the application.

After your application has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email from SUU.
The email includes instructions to:
- Activate your MySUU Portal.
- Pay for your course, if applicable.
- Order your transcript.

Pay for your course
After receiving confirmation that you have been registered:
- Log in to your MySUU Portal.
- Select the Balances tab.
- Pay the amount due.
USBE Grant students
- Do not pay for your grant-funded course.
- SUU will invoice the grant on your behalf.
- Grant payments may take several months to process.
- If your balance prevents you from registering for another course, contact the P-12 Programs Office.

Register for UVU Credit
UVU Credit is available only for eligible endorsement courses. Apply at the start of your course, then pay after course completion and grade submission.
UVU registration overview
- Apply to UVU and receive a student UVID at the start of your course.
- Activate and access your MyUVU account.
- Complete the course and submit the Course Credit Request.
- Wait for UEN to submit your grade, then pay the UVU course fee.
- Confirm payment and verify your official UVU transcript.

Apply at the start of your course
Participants must apply to UVU and receive a student UVID number at the beginning of the course.
Returning UVU students: If you have taken a UEN course and received UVU credit within the past two semesters, you may skip the application and proceed to the payment step after completing your course.
- Start a new application.
- Select Undergraduate Application.
- Fill in the required fields.
- For Student Type, select Endorsement.
- For Campus, select In Person on Campus. You can still take online classes.
- Under Intended Program of Study, select Endorsement – Education.
- Choose your entry term by selecting the current term.
- Select Create Account.
- After the account is created, you will be taken to Application Progress. Select Finish Application.
- Complete the Your Information page.
- Confirm that your academic plans are correct.
- Submit your application.

Activate your UVU Portal
Processing note: Portal activation can only be completed after more than two days have passed since the application step was completed.
After your application has been processed, UVU will email you with your UVID number and instructions for accessing your MyUVU account.

Complete your course and pay the UVU fee
- Complete every course requirement.
- Submit the Course Credit Request provided in your course.
Wait until you are registered: Payment can be made after UEN sends your grade to UVU. Please allow up to 14 days for UEN to send grades. UVU will email you a registration confirmation, or you may periodically check your portal for a charge. Do not pay if there is no charge on your account—this means you are not yet registered for the course.
- Go to uvu.edu.
- Select myUVU in the upper-right corner.
- Under Resources on the right side, select Student Billing System.
- Pay the course charge shown on your account.
- After payment, reply to the UVU registration confirmation email. If needed, email endorsements@uvu.edu, include the course name, and confirm that the charge appeared and was paid.
Please note: Participants must monitor their UVU account and submit payment for the course fee within four weeks of the date they complete all coursework. Failure to meet this deadline will result in credit not being awarded. If the course is being paid for by grant funding, see the grant-funding section below for details.

Find your transcript
Allow 3–4 weeks after the course end date for credit to appear, then confirm that the course, grade, and credit hours are correct.

- Open the USBE credit system and sign in.
- Select My Profile.
- Select PD Transcript.
SUU transcript
- Sign in to MySUU and open the Banner area.
- Select Student Menu, then Student Records.
- Select Academic Transcript.
- Choose a transcript level and submit.
UVU transcript
- Visit UVU Registration.
- Select Order a Transcript.
- Complete the required fields and check out.
