Activities which teach and/or review basic cooking terms.
A copy of the different handouts will be needed by each student.
Teachers should review cooking terms with the students before they complete the activities.
Students will understand what each cooking term means.
Teachers should provide students with a word list for each activity. This word list may be posted on an transparency or on the student handout.
