Letter I Activities

 

  • Download the Letter I Pack and do a letter sort or another activity.
  • Have your child color the letter I template.
  • Put paper plates on your child’s feet and let them “ice skate” across the carpet or the floor.
  • Put an ice cube in a bowl and time how long it takes it to melt.
  • If you have icicles that can be safely removed in your setting, bring some in and measure them with a ruler or tape measure. You can also sort them by length.
  • Make ice cream sundaes or banana splits .
  • Use sugar cubes to make an igloo.
  • Help your child make an inchworm.
