UVU Router Maintenance

11:00 PM to 1:00 AM

Impact:

The following customers will experience intermittent losses of connectivity during the window: MTEC XANGO MTEC Thanksgiving Point USU Orem Eagle Gate College Provo Utah Radiology Provo Santaquin Clinic Mountainland Head Start Org All Charters and Head Starts connected at UVU

UEN Engineers will be performing a routine code upgrade on our UVU-PE-A node

Power Outage @ USU Eastern: 2022-05-05 @ 12:00 AM
Description: USU Eastern Campus is undergoing a planned power outage to update their power substation. Network services were expected to be uninterrupted, however it appears power failover to generator power did not occur successfully. USUE has stated a maintenance window of 12:01AM-6:00AM May 5. As of 2:50AM: Local contact has advised that their generator overheated & they have just brought it back online. We will continue to provide updates as they become available. Update: This outage was resolved at 6:33 AM.

UCCX Patch: 2022-05-19 @ 10:30 PM
Description: I need to apply a patch on UCCX pub and sub to fix the agent status bug. Update: This maintenance will begin in 5 minutes. Update: This maintenance completed at 11:12 PM.
Impact: the agents should move to the available node during the update
UCCX Patch: 2022-05-24 @ 10:30 PM
Description: UCCX / finesse patch to fix agent status and reports Update: This maintenance will begin in 5 minutes. Update: This maintenance completed at 12:36 AM.
Impact: Agents will move to the next available nodes in the cluster during the patch
UVU POP: 2022-05-24 @ 9:00 PM
Description: UETN will be performing hardware maintenance at the UVU POP, there should be no interruption to service. Update: This maintenance will begin in 5 minutes. Update: This maintenance completed on time.

renew SSL cert for UCM expressways: 2022-05-31 @ 11:00 PM
Description: The SSL certs for the UCM Expressways need to be renewed Update: This maintenance will begin in 5 minutes. Update: This maintenance completed at 12:11 AM.
Impact: all remote devices( Soft clients and hard phones) will moved to the next available Expressway during the Outage

Outage Types:

Outage: An observed outage, not scheduled.

Normal: A planned outage, 24 hours in advance.

Urgent: A planned outage, 12 hours in advance

Emergency: Immediate outage required

Third Party Maintenance: A planned outage performed by an organization other than UEN
