USU Eastern Router Maintenance: 2025-12-11 @ 11:00 PM
Description: UEN Engineers will be replacing the routers at the USU Eastern POP Update: This maintenance will begin in 5 minutes. Update: This maintenance completed on time.

UEN NOC Phone System Issues: 2025-12-15 @ 6:00 AM

Update DNS management and Anycast Host: 2025-12-20 @ 8:00 PM
Description: UETN will be updating the DNS managaement and AnyCast DNS NTP infrustructure. These will be rolling update only makeing DNS changes will be unavailable during the maintenance window. Update: This maintenance will begin in 5 minutes. Update: This maintenance completed at 11:03 PM.
Impact: Making DNS changes via the DNS Management interface, @https://dns.uen.net/, Will not be allowed during the maintenance. All Anycast host will be updated one at a time and DNS Anycast address will be routed to the closest host available during the maintenance window.
EBC-B POP Maintenance: 2025-12-30 @ 11:00 PM
Description: UEN Engineers will be upgrading our EBC-B router. Update: This maintenance will begin in 5 minutes. Update: This maintenance completed on time.

Outage Types:

Outage: An observed outage, not scheduled.

Normal: A planned outage, 24 hours in advance.

Urgent: A planned outage, 12 hours in advance

Emergency: Immediate outage required

Third Party Maintenance: A planned outage performed by an organization other than UEN

Additional Information: Normal maintenance outages, if necessary, are scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting at 11pm. If any additional information about outages is required, please contact the UEN Operations Center at noc@uen.org, 801-585-7440 or 800-836-4396.
