The Utah Education Network, in collaboration with the Utah State Board of Education, has established a partnership with the Friday Institute for Educational Innovation to offer the research-based, job-embedded Leadership in Blended and Digital Learning program for school leaders. Administrators in San Juan County, Utah have been participating in the UEN / SESC directed LBDL Professional Development series over the last academic year.
